I am an experienced training, gender and curriculum development expert and have extensive knowledge of the development systems in Bangladesh as well as the Government of Bangladesh and donor agencies like UNDP, USAID etc. My training and curriculum development expertise cover issues ranging from poverty elevation to agriculture, market based development, food security, economic growth, local government strengthening, disaster management; Gender based discrimination and human rights.

Throughout my entire career, I worked for various contacts as a training specialist. I have developed and overseen training curriculum, training strategy, methodology, evaluation, impact assessment and training guide line. From December 2008 to March 2019 I was worked with USAID Agriculture project as a Senior Specialist/Manager. I was implemented of USAID funded Feed the Future Bangladesh Rice Value Chain Project’s training and outreach activities. Previously, I worked as the Senior Training Specialist in IFDC Bangladesh, developed a training curriculum, methodology, training need assessment, impact assuagement and all type of training manage. Before that as the Manager training and Equity in Chemonics International USAID funded PRICE project. I had also worked with similar types projects of USAIDs local Government initiative (LGI). For those purposes I have a good understanding of local government approaches. I managed training and equity activities. From October 2019 to till date I am working with IPTM as a Senior Coordinator-Local Training Management Unit.
